In short: your academy goes live by itself as soon as two things happen, whichever comes last: the payment is confirmed, and you finish the setup. There's no "under review", and you don't wait for any approval from us.
From payment to going live
- You subscribe to Monassati from Hessety's usual payment page: choose how long (1 month, 3 months or a year), transfer with Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, and upload a screenshot of the transfer.
- As soon as you send the screenshot you'll see: "We got your transfer ✓ We're confirming it, and it usually doesn't take long. While we do, let's set up your academy!". Tap "Let's start" and begin the setup straight away, without waiting for us.
- While we confirm the payment you can do everything: finish the setup, add courses and upload videos. The only thing that waits for the confirmation is getting your videos ready, and next to each video you'll see: "Your video is uploaded ✓ We'll start getting it ready once we confirm your subscription, and let you know when it's ready."
- Once both are done, your academy goes live:
- If the payment was confirmed first: you tap "Publish your academy" at the end of the setup and see "Congratulations" straight away.
- If you finished the setup first: you'll see "Your academy is ready! It goes live by itself as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we'll let you know." As soon as we confirm, you get a notification and an email: "Your payment is confirmed and your academy is live!".
We check Monassati transfers before anything else, because we know you're waiting for your academy.
If the transfer is refused
You'll get the refusal message with the reason, and with it: "Your academy is saved just as it is, waiting for you." Tap "Upload another screenshot" and send a clearer screenshot of the transfer, or talk to us on WhatsApp if the reason isn't clear. Meanwhile, carry on with the setup as usual: everything you did is saved.
Why can't I find my academy on Google?
Google takes from a few days to a few weeks to find any new website. The fastest way to your students is the link on WhatsApp.
- Send your academy's link (like mr-ahmed.hessety.com) to your students' groups, and put it in your bio on Facebook and Instagram.
- Your students can sign up and pay you from the first minute, even before Google reaches your academy.
Coming from Pro or Basic? Your days won't go to waste
What's left of your old plan is added for you automatically as extra days on Monassati, at the same value. The payment page tells you the number before you pay, like:
"You have 20 days left on Pro, and they won't go to waste: we'll add them for you automatically as 8 days extra on Monassati."
The maths: 20 days of Pro (EGP 199 a month) are worth about 8 days of Monassati (EGP 499 a month). From Basic, 20 days become about 4 days. And Monassati has everything in Pro anyway: unlimited live lessons with no ads, in a Pro-size room.
Nothing renews by itself
You subscribe by sending a transfer yourself, like the rest of Hessety. We never take money from you on our own.
- You get a reminder 3 days before your subscription ends.
- You subscribe again from "Your Monassati subscription" in your academy dashboard, on the same payment page. The new time is added to what you have left.
If your subscription ends

If you subscribe again before then, your academy comes back exactly as it was, and goes live by itself as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Want to go back to Pro or Basic?
You can change on the website at any time. Before you pay you'll see: "If you change to Pro, your academy will pause after 7 days. Everything in it stays saved and comes back exactly as it was as soon as you subscribe to Monassati again." What's left of Monassati is added as days on the new plan, by the same rule.
The Hessety app doesn't sell Monassati or change it. Changes are made on hessety.com only.
Your students' money is a different thing entirely
You pay Hessety for your Monassati subscription. Your students' money is a different thing entirely: it goes straight to you, to your wallet, InstaPay or your own Paymob account, and Hessety doesn't take a penny of it. And Hessety isn't a party between you and your students: prices, refunds and receipts are your responsibility.
