Delete your account

Before you delete

Deleting is permanent and can't be undone:

• Your classes, students, their links and your attendance records are erased, and any lesson that's running stops.
• Your subscription is canceled, and any unused part is only refunded according to the refund policy.
• We keep payment records without your name or email, because the law requires it.

If all you want is to stop paying, you don't need to delete your account. Your subscription doesn't renew by itself, so just let it run out.

Delete your account

1. In the app: open Account and tap "Delete my account". On the website: sign in at hessety.com, open Account, and click "Delete my account" under Settings.
2. Read what will be erased, and type your password to confirm.
3. Press the red delete button.

After that, you're signed out of the website and the app on all your devices.

Signed in with Google and don't have a password?

First set a password from Forgot your password using your Google email, then come back and delete your account.
