Pay with InstaPay step by step

Exactly the same steps as Vodafone Cash, but you transfer from the InstaPay app.

Steps

  1. In Account on the website, click "Choose a plan" (or "Renew or change plan"), then choose your plan and duration.
  2. Under "How will you pay?", choose InstaPay and click "Continue to payment".
  3. On the page that opens, copy the Amount and the address or number you'll transfer to.
  4. Open the InstaPay app and transfer the exact amount.
  5. Take a screenshot of the message that says the transfer was successful.
  6. Go back to the page, upload the screenshot, and click "Send for review".

If you like, enter the transaction number from the InstaPay message. This speeds up the review.

What happens next

We review the transfer, which is usually done within a few hours, and you'll get an email and a "Your payment is confirmed" notification. If the screenshot is rejected, we'll tell you why, and you can upload another one from your Account page.
