Choose a new password
- Open hessety.com/forgot-password, or press "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page on the website or in the app.
- Enter the email you signed up with and press "Send reset link".
- Open the email you received and click the link.
- Type your new password twice and save.
The link works for one hour. If it expires, request a new one.
Didn't get the email?
- Check your Spam (junk mail) folder, or "Promotions" in Gmail.
- Make sure you typed the same email you signed up with.
- Wait a minute before asking for another link.
Do you sign in with Google?
If you sign in with the "Continue with Google" button, you don't need a password. If you'd like a password as well, for example to sign in with your email on a device without Google, follow the steps above using your Google email.
