Renewal and when your subscription ends

Your subscription doesn't renew by itself. Renew before it ends so your lessons don't stop.

When does my subscription end?

Go to Account on the website. Under Your subscription you'll find your plan's name, its end date, and the time you have left. When it's close to ending, a note at the top of the page has a "Renew your subscription" button.

3 days before it ends, you'll get an email and a "Your subscription ends soon" notification.

Renew the same plan

Click "Renew or change plan", pick the same plan ("Renew") and a duration, and pay as usual. The new period is added after your current end date, so you don't lose a single day.

Change your plan (for example, from Basic to Pro)

Choose the new plan and pay. Once your payment is confirmed, the new plan starts from the day it's activated and the old one stops.

Days left on your old plan don't carry over to the new one. That's why it's best to change plans near the end of your subscription.

If your subscription has ended

You won't be able to start lessons, and you'll see "Your subscription has ended or you've used up this month's hours". Your classes, students and their links stay saved just as they are. As soon as you renew, everything works again.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of activation if you haven't used more than 2 hours. Email us at [email protected]. The details are in the terms and refund policy.
